Custom saw fixtures designed in Autodesk Inventor to hold three unique injection molded window profiles. Each fixture is actuated by pneumatic cylinders and uses interchangeable black acetal plastic moulds for flexibility across different profile geometries.
The project resulted in three functioning saw fixtures that reduced manufacturing costs by 40%.
